1. How can I submit documents?
You can send your documents by post, hand them in at reception (staffed throughout, no confirmations are issued) or send documents/information/questions by email to za12.dortmund [at] polizei.nrw.de (za12[dot]dortmund[at]polizei[dot]nrw[dot]de), provided that no firearms licenses are required for processing.
2. How can I speak to you in person?
You can reach us by telephone on Mondays-Fridays from 8:30-11:30 and Mondays and Thursdays from 13-16.
Personal consultations without an appointment are unfortunately not currently possible. You can contact us at the times stated to make an appointment.
3. When can I hand in weapons/ammunition for destruction?
Only after making an appointment by telephone.
