Accident recording in the post-war period

A traffic accident at the Hansastrasse/Kampstrasse junction in the center of Dortmund in 1951 attracted a number of onlookers. Between Cramer&Meermann and Althoff, the officers here try to "chalk off" the skid marks under the curious gaze in order to determine the course of the accident.
